The content of the video series was fully approved by senior members of The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).
The subscription includes access to the entire portfolio of videos – both English and Spanish languages. There is no need to subscribe to individual videos. You get them all.
You will have access to the streaming video links immediately upon subscribing.
All of these videos have a closed captioning (subtitle) feature. The person viewing the video only needs to look at the bottom of the video window for the player. To the right of the player bar is a Closed Captioning logo. Select the logo to turn on this feature. Select again to turn it off.
The picture quality is UHD 4k for those who have the proper playback equipment. For others, the signal adapts to their current system.

This streaming video series is a new version of a similar series created by ITLA and Image Resources, Inc. in 2004. Depositions and mediation had evolved, fashions had changed, video technology had been updated. It was time to answer the demands for a new series.
