How is the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association involved?

The content of the video series was fully approved by senior members of The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).

What is included in the subscription?

The subscription includes access to the entire portfolio of videos – both English and Spanish languages.  There is no need to subscribe to individual videos.  You get them all.

How long does it take to get the series?

You will have access to the streaming video links immediately upon subscribing.

Do you have closed-captioning for the hearing impaired?

All of these videos have a closed captioning (subtitle) feature. The person viewing the video only needs to look at the bottom of the video window for the player. To the right of the player bar is a Closed Captioning logo. Select the logo to turn on this feature. Select again to turn it off.

What is the picture quality?

The picture quality is UHD 4k for those who have the proper playback equipment.  For others, the signal adapts to their current system.

How does this series save me time?

Our subscribers tell us they used to spend hours covering the material in our videos.  They now have more time available to do things that will make a greater impact for clients.

Will my clients think I’m being impersonal by asking them to view a video?

Tell me about the Spanish language versions. Are they included?

Each of the English language versions was translated into Spanish.  The voiceover was recorded by an experienced Spanish speaking talent who lives in Mexico City.  Yes, a subscription includes access to the Spanish language versions at no additional charge.

Are these videos available on DVD?

The series is available as streaming videos only.  The plaintiff can review the material at any time, anywhere, on any smart device, assuming a connection to the Internet.

How did the series come about?

This streaming video series is a new version of a similar series created by ITLA and Image Resources, Inc. in 2004.  Depositions and mediation had evolved, fashions had changed, video technology had been updated.  It was time to answer the demands for a new series.

Who is Image Resources, Inc., the company that produced these videos?

Image Resources, Inc. is an Emmy Award-Winning video production company based in Indianapolis and Tampa Bay.  Since 1994, it has served law firms across the nation. Image Resources has received industry respect for reinventing settlement documentaries.

Do you plan other videos in the future?

Certainly.  If you have an idea for a video that you think would be helpful to your practice, please let us know.

How would I cancel my subscription?

After you subscribe, just go to the Dashboard, look for the My Subscription tab, then click View, then click Unsubscribe.
